Description
German-American School, with four locations in the greater New York area, is the only school in NY that has a NY State accredited afterschool German language program for children. The school has been teaching German since 1892. Eons ago, it was a school for German immigrants, but now the school appeals to parents and children of many ethnic backgrounds. The school teaches German as a foreign language starting at age 4, and prepares children for the NY State Regents exam, AP German and Zertifikat Deutsch als Fremdsprache.
